Dmitry Konstantinovich Kiselyov (Ukrainian: Дмитро Костянтинович Кисельов; Russian: Дмитрий Константинович Киселёв; born April 26, 1954, Moscow, RSFSR, USSR) is a Russian TV presenter, journalist, and propagandist. He has served as Deputy Director General of the All-Russia State Television and Radio Broadcasting Company (since 2008) and as Director General of the Russian state international news agency Rossiya Segodnya (since December 9, 2013). He also hosts the weekly TV program Vesti Nedeli with Dmitry Kiselyov on the Russia-1 channel. He is widely regarded as a mouthpiece of the Kremlin and has been included in Ukraine’s list of individuals posing a threat to national security.

Dmitry Kiselyov is frequently accused of spreading propaganda and financing separatist terrorist organizations. He has drawn strong criticism for his stance on Ukraine—particularly regarding the Euromaidan movement, Russia’s annexation of Crimea, and the war in Eastern Ukraine—as well as for promoting homophobia.

As of January 7, 2023, he is under sanctions imposed by the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine for anti-Ukrainian activities.
